The product had an issue. We contacted the company and they were very responsive and resolved the issue to our satisfaction.Y'all, I cannot tell you how much I love this bag. When it first arrived, I was a little disappointed - I assumed it would have to be extremely large to hold everything it said it could, but it is basically the size of any book-bag - it is just designed so well! Also, I have had 2 new mommies tell me it is a diaper bag, but I don't care! I train teachers both full and part-time, so I do a lot of traveling...I needed something that was easy to maneuver through an airport, but would also hold my laptop and lots of other things. THIS IS IT! My laptop fits perfectly, as does my make-up bag (that holds a hair brush and other styling tools - so it's the size of a large clutch), my wallet, my glasses, my phone, my planner, pens, pencils, a plastic case of gum, and 2 LARGE teacher manuals. I can even fit snacks in the front zipper area and a drink on either side! Actually, I am pretty certain I could fold a small blanket in there, or a travel pillow - or both! I am amazed at how much I can get in there, and how neat it all stays! The squared opening makes getting things in and out so easy - and I can see everything, which is awesome! It is smart looking and easy to fling over your shoulder. I also really like the little handles on the top - that makes it easy to pick up from awkward angles. I am actually excited to stand in the long airport lines this time, knowing I will be hands free! A regular book-bag would never hold all of this, and bags that actually can are so cumbersome - especially in an airport. This is one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon!!!!Absolutely love this bag! Bought it because I needed a new bag for my last year of graduate school, but also wanted something that would look nice/professional for work and travel. I read previous reviews and yes this is a diaper bag! It suits my needs however since I tote around several textbooks, a large notebook, my 13in laptop, snacks/lunch, a sweater and pencils/pens, all of which fit in this bag at once.I've been using it for a little over a month now it serves it's purpose well. I do worry thay the amount of textbooks I carry would put stress on the stitching, but I haven't encountered any problems as of yet.Because of how I use this bag, the internal insulated side pockets can get in the way when putting my large notebook away as the corners of the notebook get caught on the pockets. Also if I have anything in those internal side pockets (with all my notebooks/textbooks in my bag as well) I can't fit a waterbottle in the outside side pockets, which is sometimes frustrating.I was also disappointed that the "laptop" pocket wasn't padded. However I have to attribute that to the fact that the pocket's indented use is to store a changing pad. This wouldn't be a problem because I have a padded laptop sleeve for my computer, however when my computer is in its protective laptop sleeve it does not fit in this pocket. I was upset by this because part of my reasoning for buying this bag was so I could have a separate space for my laptop so it wouldn't get tossed around. I now use the pocket for lose papers or important documents and files that I need to have on me.I do love this bag, and I am constantly getting compliments on it. I also am excited to use it for traveling since it has so many internal pockets that will make it easy to carry a change of clothes, my needed toiletries, snacks, my computer and all my other travel items.I am not a big fan of backpacks! But after the airline made me check my hard sided carryon due to not enough space in the cabin of the plane, I decided it was time to look into one. I was not happy that I had to check my legal size carryon instead of being able to bring it with me on a transatlantic flight. Some of the backpack that were allowed on were twice as big as mine and I looked around at the other passengers and realized many of them had back packs as their carry on’s- and large ones at that. I decided then and there that I was just going to have to get a backpack as my carryon. I did a lot of research and decided on this one. I love that it has a “doctors bag” style top opening. It opens all the way up and will stand up on its own while you load it up. Their are 2 big pockets on the inside for my iPad, makeup bag, a pair of Sandels or whatever else you might like. I was able to put a change of clothes, toiletry bag, my travel purse, make up bag, and brush bag. This holds quite a bit! You really can’t pack a lot of clothes but I primarily wanted this for things that I need to keep with me at all times. There is a nice size pocket on the out side for paperwork, a 2 other small zip pockets for keys or cell phone.The interior of the Navy bag is a bright,beautiful “Tiffany Blue” interior that makes it easy to find everything in the bottom. The bag is “touted” as a diaper bag and even comes with a changing pad but my years of babies are long gone. I tossed the changing pad and kept rolling.Once you have everything in it, you do need to hold the top closed while you zip it up but it does hold everything in very well. This is not a bulky backpack but is very sleek and clean looking. It is very organized which is what I wanted.It is a great bag for $37.00 and I would gladly spend the money on it again!Love this bag, but I don't like the color It's a very dusty mauve. I wanted a light pink. I truly wish they'd bring this bag in more colors-bright pink, lipstick red, light pink, etc. It's a phenomenal backpack with great pockets. I LOVE the way things do not fall out of it when I open it. I like the top opening. I love the pocket in the front for receipts and credit cards. I'd like a pocket in the back for a cell phone or another pocket somewhere for a cell phone. But this bag is awesome and I get a lot of people asking me where I got it. I tell them I bought it on Amazon and tell them there are styles similar but they are not the same so they have to get this brand. This would be 6 stars if you brought in more colors in the same style. Tie dye styles would be kind of cool too. Same size-more colors!!!Compré está pañalera en promoción, estuve buscando muchas del estilo y me decidí por el precio por esta, sin saber que esperar.....cuando la recibí (en perfectas condiciones) me sorprendió gratamente, puedes tener todo organizado, tiene u acceso fácil al celular y un compartimento para los biberones (los mantiene calientitos) la calidad es muy buena, y cuidaron todos los detalles, fue la mejor compra que pude haber hecho.Compramos esta pañalera y tenemos usandola 1 mes, la experiencia de uso ha sido genial, tiene mucho espacio en el interior suficiente para acomodar biberones, pañales y varios cambios de ropa; Nos topamos con la favorable sorpresa de que no pesa nada y es muy conveniente para usar como mochila o usar de la agarredera superior. RECOMIENDO AMPLIAMENTE!!Muy buena compra me preocupa un poco que tuviera copartimientos porque no veía en las fotos si tenia y si cuenta con ellos ?? En el interior tiene para mamila, ropa, accesorios y un amplio espacio es muy cómoda y llego mucho antes que la fecha indicadaCompré esta bolsa para usarla como pañalera de un bb de 2 años y la verdad es muy recomendable. Me encantó porque es muy espaciosa, tiene todos los compartimentos necesarios para ropa, biberones, pañales, etc. También es ligera y para mi un poco calurosa en la espalda si la traes por mucho tiempo. El cierre es un poco difícil para abrir o cerrar con una sola mano, pero por la forma que tiene con metal por dentro hace que le quepan más cosas. En cuanto a los materiales son de buena calidad. La entrega fue sin contratiempos y venía bien empacada.Ich habe den Rucksack bei einer Freundin als Wickeltasche gesehen und dachte mir das wäre ideal für die Arbeit. Da habe ich ihn mir auch sofort bestellt. Ich nehme ihn seit über 2 Wochen täglich mit in die Arbeit und bin sehr zufrieden. Mein Laptop, Filofax (A5), Mittagessen und vieles mehr hat genügend Platz darin und ist leicht zu organisieren. Mir gefällt vor allem, dass der Rucksach so weit aufgeht und man daher nicht lange nach etwas suchen muss. Er schaut auch sehr elegant aus (was einen Rucksack betreffen kann). Bis jetzt kann ich mich also nicht beschweren!
