A quality backpack, I went for the black version. It's a sturdy piece of kit. I walked the Norther camino this summer with it. It rained a lot but sometimes even without a cover it remained dry inside. The material is robust. I like the idea of gaining entrance into if from the side as well as the top. The top part of bag was easy to detach. The sternum straps I wasn't too keen on at first I thought they looked cheap and would wear, the consist of two elasticated pieces of material with a plastic hook that goes into a plastic eye on the other arm strap,but I got used to the and thought they were indeed practical. After several days the bag felt nice and snug and kind of molded onto my back. In hot weather there didn't feel to be any issue with sweat and ventilated well. I woyld recommend this product.
